Lamelo Ball has been going absolutely STUPID this season

Magic fans in general do not like LaMelo I've noticed. I think it's hard to build a team around him where he's the #1 option and expect to compete until his defense gets way better, but it's clear how skilled he is. Anybody denying that is silly.

Putting it on LaMelo over the Charlotte front office in terms of surrounding him with workable rotation players other than Brandon Miller (who I really like) and some other decent pieces is also misguided.

I posted this on the hornets board. Curry always and still does have games like this with turnovers and he's praised. Lamelo is barely 23 years old as well. I just don't understand the hate.

I didn’t mean to put Ball down. I did say he was talented and a good player. And also thought that the hornets would be a playin team before the season started. But I just think he needs to calm down. And the hornets are far worse than I expected.

It's clear to game plan against the Hornets is to hound Ball. I mean the guy is having a historic season in terms of usage so 7 turnovers in a game where he scored 44 out of the team's 84 points and also contributed 7 assists isn't that horrible of a metric. The fact he was 17/30 is the more impressive stat. Charlotte needs to upgrade the team by the end of the week.

If you could show me in the last several years or even decades where anyone has said the hornets are a 50 win team i am all ears. Its been stated we have injuries. Where you get that post from is beyond me, as well as dozens of other post on this thread.
