A +23 free throw discrepancy in favor of OKC the most physical defense in the NBA, Boston with 2 starters in foul trouble.... this game *should* have been a blowout. But the gap in officiating was expected after the Denver back to back made the narrative pause.

I think this week pulled the Thunder down to Earth. Hopefully they make the finals. Id rather see them than Denver.

Your constant crying about the officiating is as pathetic as the constant crying from other posters about how many 3s the Celtics shoot.

It was a good game, well played, great matchup, and the better team won tonight. You don't have to cry about the refs after every loss. JFC

Chill they didn't win by 30.....

Boston had horrible 4th quarter offensively and settled for too many hero ball 3s. They were horrible and barely lost. OKC has no rim protection and Jaylen Brown won't be worse than C.Wallace in playoffs. I liked how easy Boston scored at the rim in the third quarter.

I have zero fear for OKC. Their roleplayers has to score tons of 3s in the playoffs. No superstar FT in NBA finals.
I hope for OKC more than Jokic & Murray with all due respect, gimme J.Williams/Chet instead. :)

They should be. People scoffed at the 2015 Warriors and thought a team like the Spurs would ultimately take them out, too.

Same could have been said about Denver years ago, Boston a few years ago, Dallas decades ago with Dirk. Every good team will get over the hump.
The same teams don't win forever, lol.
OKC is right there to get over that hump and they're young, which plays in their favor.

Since I saw this it’s been clear that there are not either of those things.

Fouling. Game won't be officiated like this in the post season. If OKC fans had experience in watching their team make.... one deep playoff run, they'd know what's coming

That's just hype for narratives.

Everyone is scared of OKC.

Oh I agree their time is coming. To me it’s not this year. Next year I can see them making the finals

Denver had multiple playoff runs, 1 or 2 ECF and 2 1-3 defecits before the got over the hump.

Is there some sort of gentleman's agreement between tanking teams that if you have to play each other twice in a row you split the games?

I wasn't even here during this game and had an awesome night watching this one.

I made 1 post during the game.

What are you doing? And what compels you to make it personal? Block me if my posting irritates you to the point of making it personal

Maybe IF they reach WCF? That's only doubts I have of OKC. They are a real top team but first they have to show they can win the west.

Impressed with the OKC defense as always and Chet and SGA were terrific tonight.

This is resonating thought around the league. OKC are going to make people look good or really stupid. On paper they have it all, except experience. It feels like next year you can forget about that mattering.

Absolutely not. Maybe the only fun thing about watching a tanking team is watching two tanking teams in the last five minutes.

Probably ought to just sit this one out. That's 2-0. Humble yourself
