He's lost some athleticism due to age and the injury. That hurts when you have a 6'7" wingspan. Watch his 2016 Utah highlights though and you'll know why he was an all star.

Injury lost some hops. When he was healthy this year though he was great. He shouldn’t be in the floor with that ankle.

He doesn’t have explosiveness. And his game is all about explosiveness and athleticism.

Brown is better than I realized. He is going to be a 10 time all star and all defensive team type player. He is going to be a great sidekick and second star for Tatum.

Props to Boston for not trading Brown or Tatum una win now move.
