Surprisingly the Bucks did not a want Luka Dame and Kris Middleton as defensive anchors

Giannis is probably one of the handful of guys you don't trade even to get Luka. Jokic, Wemby and SGA are the only 3 players in the league that imo you def won't trade Luka for. Giannis is equivalent but Luka is younger, I think the Bucks would have strongly considered it in an alternate universe in which Giannis wasn't home grown and in which they weren't a 100% positive Luka will never sign an extention with the Bucks...

I call bull. What team would of had the cap space to just sign him and Dallas lose him for nothing? Wasn't going to happen. It would of almost certainly be a sign and trade and Dallas could have still got a haul.

I would not trade Mobley/Mitchell for Luka. I might consider Garland/Mobley. Luka would also be a flight risk as the Cavs wouldn’t have the option of offering the super max.
