Ja should win it if he keeps it up but Zion would win it if the Pelicans end up getting in the playoff and I wouldn't say he isn't deserved to win it.

Does the heat still want Jru? Herro would look mighty good next to Zion!

Calling it right now, this kid is a future all star. Quote me on it, but Masai finds another one.

Terrance Davis, Jackson Hayes and Martise Thybulle should also get all rookie team looks

Davis is 9th in the entire league in RPM, pretty crazy for a rook...this is not a stat most rooks do well in, let alone be top10

Zion is 25th in RPM already, has a +20 On/Off, 64 TS% and a 24 PER

It's absolutely ridiculous he went undrafted. Dude is legit good/adequate at everything. Shooting, defending, rebounding, ball handling, passing, moving without the ball...etc. All that gets overlooked cause he's 2 years older than other rooks. Insane.

i mean, even if he was a jr, Cam Johnson was a 5th yr senior and went 11th overall, so not sure that's entirely it

NBA realgms are honestly just incompetent for the most part, there are only a handful that really know what they're doing (Masai is one) the rest kinda seem like they're just spitballing hoping a few stick here and there.

This is true, it makes you wonder what the path is to become a GM. Could someone on this forum get there?

im sure it's possible, Spencer from the draft board did consulting for NBA teams (maybe still does).

Masai got there working for free as a scout and working his way up. I'm guessing if youre motivated enough and got enough resiliency to failure, many could work there way to a FO position.
