I apologize if anyone took my post negatively. I was just pointing out the Heat have done pretty well since their inception in 1988. Since then they have won three championships which is tied for fifth with the Pistons behind Lakers, Bulls, Spurs, and Warriors. Of course the Celtics have won more as they are a storied franchise whose inception dates to 1946. I am old enough to have watched an old Bird play and still watch highlights from that era semi-regularly. I remember as a kid seeing on sportscenter Reggie Lewis had passed away while playing a pickup game.

I still think Celtics would be favored with a healthy Butler and Rozier, but it certainly would have been closer. I also don't think Bam is a dirty player. He just doesn't have that dog in him. He'd be a great third option, but he doesn't have the offensive skillset or seem to have the aggressiveness to try and take over. I actually think he'd be a great fit next to Tatum and Brown.

Meh, if we can take out another one of your guys, it's cool :) imagine if you donk off a title run because you had to play one extra game

Went from wanting another player to get injured into hoping for 2 wins. Heat Culture got some low standards.

Spoiler:
Lol cry more

We already got 2 wins, sir - one in game 2, and one in  .

This continued rooting for player injury will get you kicked off the General Board. Stop it.

What's Bam's career high?

Edit
41. Same for Herro, 41.

That's what it'll take.

And now no 3J. Yikes. What a nightmare of a 1st round—you have to just laugh about it.

The Celtics crowd needs to step it up. Dallas and NY have had some great playoff atmospheres so time for Celtics fans to match that

Joshyjess wrote:One thing I don't like about message boards is that it's too easy to take the comments of a few posters, and make that represent an entire fan base. Unfortunately there are bad posters / fans from every team, and often they are the loudest commenters, but saying things like "Heat fans are this or Celtics fans are that" is really doing injustice to the rest of the fan base who have nothing to do with the over-the-top comments made by the few.
I know that most of these in-your-face posters would also never do stuff like this in real life (hiding behind a key-board is just way too easy nowadays), so they get off by acting all tough from the protection of their own homes.
Thankfully there are way more classy fans from most fan bases who are willing to talk about the actual game without going all nuts or looking to cause trouble. I actually learn a lot from these boards through some of the well thought-out comments of many of the posters here, and try to just ignore the pot-stirring comments of the others.

Great post you're a mod now congrats! As your first act feel free to ban everyone in this thread including me.

Let's close this **** out and play a real fan base.

105 pages? I was like what the hell? Then I realized there isn't anything in here of substance from the Heat fans except Celtics got lucky we don't have our starters and how we ripped the Celtics apart 2 of the last 4 years and how Celtics fans are babies. Oh and they're bragging about injuring and hoping to do some more injuring.

All 3 Heat fan stoking the flames while sixers and Knicks out here with like 400 pages.

End this misery Boston.

Haha.... I think HIghsmith is a legit 8th or 9th guy to bring off the bench when you need a defender. He's just being asked to do way too much at this point. For some reason Spo loves playing him at the the 4. He isn't a 4. He's best suited an off the bench wing defender.
