If you are talking about the last possession that was clearly on Steph for getting trapped and then giving Demar no room to do anything.

KAT supports the Philadelphia Eagles, so anything is possible.

If I was gonna have any kind of hot take off the All-Star game though, it was that LeBron showed he still has his fastball at 100% capacity if he ever really wants it, and that he’s still going to be the best on the league come playoff time. He really did alpha that game. He’s not gonna lose the one game playing for the team he always dreamed of playing for.

Yeah, that was a real tough possession for Derozan. When Steph went to that corner, LeBron and KD swarmed him, and that was a dead end. Derozan automatically reacted by wanting to shoot a midrange jumper, but realized he was down 3 and tried to go back beyond the arc. Buzzer hits. Game over.

You could see in the end that guys like LBJ, Kyrie, WB, Durant had a totally different mentality compared to Harden, Curry & co.
They really wanted the win

I give DeMar some minor pass on that last possession because Steph wasted so much of the clock n left him with nothing but he was still bad in that final minute as was Harden (well really all game).

D'Antoni needed to put aside his own team bias n let Lillard play instead of Harden, instead him, DeRozan & somewhat Giannis cost Team Steph the game.

Poor planning Curry's part. He drafted a team that featured three players who are notorious playoff chokers.

Really, we should all be blaming Curry.

Bron showing more defensive effort in an all star game than an actual regular season game

I am not sure who is the clown, if you think an all star game carries any indication of the post season.

Sit down. Stop hating.

A LeBron-KD trap is absolutely terrifying.

Yes. More lumbering than in college. He's a lot heavier now. And two inches taller.

They really sucked. Awesome game, big comeback, awesome performances by the best players in the world, $500K for charities, etc. - and they barely make a sound :banghead:

Perhaps some overreaction, but let us be annoyed, lol. He’s arguably the best defensive player in the league, you don’t take him out on a defensive possession, regardless of hypothetical mismatches and especially with what had just happened the play before.

Win or lose with him.

I guess Pop is going to have to call MDA and chastise him for not learning from his mistake in the Finals against LeBron. You don't ever take your best big off the court on a final defensive stand. :noway:

Yes. He’s slower. Whether it’s because of two foot surgeries and the knee surgery last year. Or growing 2 inches and gaining 30-40 pounds from college.

In college he was more explosive lifting off as well.

He’s gotten more skilled though to make up for lost of explosiveness. But having followed him from Kansas to nba. He doesn’t finish strong at the rim a lot of times like he should. A lot of lost of explosiveness

Just hope he doesn’t end up like Shaq getting heavier and heavier each off season.

Yeah like he looks like a Frankenstein out there but covers ground so quick hardly running almost. Crazy how much skill he has at that size though for sure. Too start that late at basketball as a big and have that kind of offensive versatility and skillset is just crazy to me
