I don’t think anyone would have an issue with giannis winning. I just feel like the media ain’t giving it to him. I assume others think the same.

Honestly the best two candidates are probably gonna be giannis and harden again. Feels like they big got a lot of narrative going against them though.

The new poll makes a lot of sense to what we're all seeing with our eyes. It's just that Bron & Harden stans have been the most vocal, so you would think that their guys are the leaders.

Nikola Jokic has had the most impressive highlights of the season for me and the numbers have also backed up that he’s been doing unprecedented things.

He’s lost an MIP candidate, probably the best defender on the team last year, and the guy who covers his C rotations and he is still a top steals getter.

If you took Giannis, Embiid or James Harden off their teams their teams would still be in the playoffs/play-in because the East is so sorry.

If you took Jokic off his team you would have a mediocre offense and a horrible defense getting lottery balls

Besides the whole betting odds favouring Lebron and this being a media given award where the media has been hyping brown for years

Denvers defense is better when he's not on the floor though? Overall I agree that Jokic is one of the frontrunners though. His offensive impact is immense.

Wow surprised to see Giannis with so many votes. Can't argue he's once again having a very good season tho

Shocked to see Giannis leading this poll. Zero chance he wins due to voter fatigue and more importantly how his team has flamed out of the playoffs each of the past two years.

Harden is public enemy number 1. Either way out of Jokic, Harden or Giannis you can’t go wrong. Tje should be the three front runners

Re Harden and Giannis: We will know a lot more in May after these teams face off for HCA in a back to back. If either team goes 2-0 and takes HCA, it would be hard to give to the other guy with that fresh in the mind.

LeBron with another big game on both sides. I think only Giannis could claim a lead over him but it's unlikely he gets voted again until he gets to the finals.

Bury your head in the sand all you want. LeBron is the front runner. The fact you don't even list him shows you're a troll.

If he keeps winning he will continue to be. 2nd seed in the West and AD has been out nearly half the season now.

That's arbitrary as hell and not how awards work, which happen by NBA regular season not the season of whatever narrative you choose. It doesn't matter who won last year or before that, last season doesn't even exist as far as this award goes. Are you going to try to argue that Giannis didn't deserve his two MVPs? I'd like to hear that!

He was lucky to get the last one, LeBron was gaining momentum b4 the season got suspended. He deserved his first one though. Anyways, when it comes down to voting they’ll ask themselves “do we really want this guy winning 3 in a row?” and the answer will be no lol.

Lebron wasn't ever close to winning MVP last year, him not actually being close and winning the post season+whining publicly about not being named MVP seems to be what has sparked that this narrative that he's owed it. Giannis had 85% of the vote and the Bucks struggled in the bubble, they were going to win 70 games before the stoppage. No bubble and the Bucks beat Miami pretty easily and likely would have been in the finals which I'm sure would have been tougher than Jimmy Butler + a bunch of kids. The stoppage if anything helped Lebron out given his advanced age.

WAY more people had Harden has MVP the year before than Lebron last year but that still wasn't a very close vote.

LeBron made Giannis and Kawhi his bitch in the same weekend and was gaining momentum. It was all over the sports news. The Bucks would have beaten Miami if no bubble? GTFO. Giannis is trash in the playoffs because he doesn’t have any real skill. He’s a stat-padding scrub killer that folds like a lawn chair in the playoffs.

You Lebron stans are a tad sensitive? You think he hasn’t been on the juice? I don’t blame him I would be on it to if I could afford human growth hormones

Strike: Trolling/Baiting
Spamming multiple threads with baseless, unproven accusations of steroid use is trolling. Further, referring to every poster that calls you out for spreading falsehoods a "stan" or "fanboy" is baiting.

Lebron with big game 37 points a point per minute . 14/22 4-9 from 3. 1.5 games out of 1st in the west. 3 straight win. Making a strong case for mvp
