TECHNICALLY the letter of the law says you can't push a fan even if the fan is at fault. Some **** Sixer fan called IT a midget once and IT rightfully stepped to the clown...but also rightfully got tossed (and either fined or suspended).

that being said; it would also be pretty lame to suspend Jokic in this moment. If it was Jeff Green? then sure....you can't interfere with a series like that IMO. Jokic would've been suspended if this was just any other fan for altercation with a fan, regardless if he held onto the ball or not.

Obviously because this wasn't a fan. This was the owner, who demanded a midseason trade for KD, and now desperately wants them to win this series so he doesn't look like an ass. He saw an opportunity to help "his" team by slowing Denver down, but imo he took it too far.
He should have just thrown a bad pass to the ref or something clever. Trying to fight Jokic for the ball was dumb as hell let's be honest

Players dive into the stands all the time for loose balls and sometimes inadvertently hurting fans. And we're really questioning whether Jokic should get a suspension cause he gave a lil forearm tap to a fan who wouldn't let go of the ball?
