Gasol is a winner. Box score addicts really thought Drummond was better than him.

I think you need to see him in action on your team on a regular basis to grasp this. At least I did. He's just not a player I've ever watched much, and I recall games where we've struggled against him so you wonder if he's got a bad rap. Now that I've seen him a bit, I can confidently say he does not. I still think there's a role for him, but he's definitely not a key piece.

Always annoys me how the default in the NBA is to play on when someone goes down with an injury. They should really take note of how soccer does it and pass the ball out of bounds (and receive the pass back from that team after they look at the guy).

I mean...most of Dre's minutes have come against Jokic while most of Gasol's have come against McGee....slight difference there. But yes, Marc hit 2 wide open 3s because Denver isnt guarding him. Give the man a MVP trophy!

That’s what I’m saying. As a Cavs fan, we and Pistons fans tried explaining to everyone that you have to ignore the box score and actually consistently watch him to realize how detrimental he is to the team. I understand why people aren’t exactly eager to tune into our games though to see that I guess.

Come on, do you really not see how much Laker's spacing and offensive flow looks out there with Gasol instead of Drummond? It's night and day. Gasol actually moves the ball, meanwhile Drummond is a blackhole.
