When Bradley is being called a point guard on your team you know things are off. The Lakers had Rondo, he was traded because there wasn't a role for him, so there was another PG.

Rightly or wrongly the blame for this failed season by the Lakers has to fall on both LeBron and AD. The Athletic reported last summer that both of them told Pelinka to go "all in" on Russ. That meant giving away KCP, Kuzma and Harrell + 1st round pick. Didn't end up resigning Caruso.

Completely gutted their rotation for a player who is basically unplayable. It's one of the biggest free agent blunders in NBA history. Everyone knew Russ was finished and it was going to fail except LeBron and AD. Analytics work for a reason, you can't ignore them.

This one is 100% on LeBron and AD... That said, it's a bit understandable given the second night of a B2B with last night being against Giannis...
That and a lot of our key rotation players weren't playing... Howard, Melo... No idea why DAJ didn't play though...
Point being, this wasn't on Frank V, can't blame Westbrook... THT was key to us even being in the game... Monk was pretty bad... Johnson was good... Bradley was a mixed bag... Ellington looked good for a while...

Look at this way the nets tried build quick super team and failed . The lakers did the same thing with 2 two stars and got a ring out it .

Well, that game in Portland was a masterpiece. I was thoroughly convinced the Lakers would play a good two-minute stretch and pull it out - until about the last 100 seconds or so - but nope! 48 solid minutes of total ineptitude!

(And Laker fans, it's nothing personal. Be good to yourselves and don't take it too seriously/personally. You know this comes with the territory of being the league's most successful team.)

He was... 100%... Even when he's not playing, he's the problem... Because that trade killed this team and he's done nothing to help it on the court.

AD is the most unimpressive superstar ever. Never really did anything with the Pelicans, and let LeBron talk him into becoming a sidekick and has completely faded into oblivion.
