Good game Canada. That 4th quarter they defended really well.

Aussies can take some pride out of that. Just need to beat Greece and advance

Canada becomes the first time to advance to the 2nd round. Greece has a chance, if they hand Australia a beat down which will be hard to pull off. Meanwhile Spain needs either a win or a somewhat close loss.

Australia threw that away in the third quarter by trying to force an uptempo offence that wasn’t needed. They were scoring well through the first half and looking after the ball when they weren’t trying to run Canada off the floor.

X = 10

Spain can steal end on top if they beat Canada and if Greece beat Australia.

Triple tie for 2-1 is possible too; if Spain beats Canada and Australia beat Greece (Canada could fall to 3rd too)

If Spain beats them and Australia beats Greece, then the top 3 teams would be 2-1, which would come down to point differential between those 3 teams.

Off top of my head, if Spain wins by 12+ and Aus beat Greece, then Canada could still finish 3rd.
