According to who? Or is that just your prediction?

This is my prediction but with the LeBron's injury, Jokic has a very good chance of winning considering that the voters are unlikely to give the MVP to Harden since he was traded during the season and to Giannis for the 3rd streak year.

Man i just want the Nuggets to make a great trade. A guy who will make sure they'll be in the top4. Not for them. For the Joker.

The devastating combination of injuries and covid protocol is always lurking around the corner waiting to derail their campaign. MVP goes to the candidate whose team gets hit the least

Taking bets on who's next. Lebron set to miss a couple games. Lakers will drop those games. Team record might be somewhat even between candidates when he returns

That one didn't look good. Hopefully Bron can make a quick recovery. Injuries suck but injuries to star players really suck.

If LeBron misses an extended amount of time it'll make things very interesting. Not sure Jokic deserves it if they are not a top 3 seed though. Could reopen the window for Embiid, or if Giannis can get into the top 2 although voter fatigue is real. I feel like this will be a very, very close MVP race.

Embiid's case likely isn't getting reopened imo. He isn't actually out of the race because he's injured. It's the 7 games he missed plus the injury. A two week injury normally wouldn't be enough to end an MVP candidacy on its own. That's only 8 games missed but with Biid equates to 15 plus the ones he's going to miss when he comes back and resumes load management

If Embiid comes back after a week, and goes HAM he has a shot. I think this is Joker's or Giannis' to lose. Harden has done too much damage. If everyone says this is narrative driven, there is no bigger narrative than him dogging it so he can get on a team of his preference.

Not Harden. 4-15 in a loss to Magic last night, Harden is 4th behind Jokic Lillard Giannis and a pretty distant 4th

If LeBron and Embiid miss time than Harden moves in as the favorite in my view.

Jokic is ont getting it as a 5 seed. Unless the Nuggets move up.

HARDEN IS OUT JFC

You dont win an mvp after playing awful for the first couple of months and purposely losing games and being a team cancer

Then gets to play with Kyrie, KD, Harris, etc

Its going to be 1 of Jokic, Bron, or Embiid

Likely Jokic now if a top 4 seed in west

Giannis meh, can't justify 3 mvps in a row for him

You know how stupid you sound? Because he finally had one bad game he is disqualified? If anything it shows if he has a bad game the Nets can’t win. Lol that just farther strengthen his point. Just stop

Look, 4-15 with 3 turnovers, losing to one of the worst teams in the league which misses half their players and their no1 option shoots like 8-24 or smth... That’s just trash, that doesn’t happen this season to the 3 guys I named. And overall his averages are worse than Jokic’s, Lillard’s Giannis’s, impact stats too
