jbsays wrote:Heat are just over matched, Pozingis out, Butler out, Rozier out, Robinson injured. That's around $150 million in salaries versus around $90 million in salaries. I'm not sure any team would overcome that. Heat are starting Wright who was waived by the Wizards a month ago.
I'm not impressed by Tatum though. Great skill set, but doesn't seem to have the killer instinct. Celtics still might have enough around him though with White, Brown, and even Holiday. Brown gets a lot of flack on here, but he is atleast aggressive on the offensive end and doesn't settle. If I can watch and there is a close Celtics game I'm going to be very interested in seeing who attacks on the offensive end. Is it going to be Brown, Tatum, White, or someone else taking the big shots?

He might be but its hard to tell with how many guys they have to take over at any time.

I suppose if Milwaukee or Philly suddenly get healthy and finish their epic comebacks, that could change the equation for the ECF, though. He won’t be missed against Cleveland or Orlando.
Without Porzingis, Cleveland or Orlando could be very annoying to play against since both teams have more than one good big. Kornet and Tillman are going to be needed.

That’s kind of expected, isn’t it ?

I didn't know it was that bad but they might not need him against CLE or Orlando

Outside of this year thoguh, this has been the MO for every team facing the Celtics. Giannis' Bucks Joels 6ers, Bam and the Heat. If theres one team in the league that's used to playing with Zero size, it's this Boston Celtic core![]()
I don't disagree with you, CLE actually gives me a little panic because unlike those other teams, they have elite guard play which can punish you if you give them 10 more shots than you a game. I trust that our size at the wings and on the perimeter will help mitigate the size advantage for CLE, and that Kornet and Xman can give us the 20 or so minute we need against Allen.
Mobley isn't at the stage yet where he can punish us with his size yet, that part of his game hasn't clicked yet, so honestly it's just Allen on the glass that we need to worry about (outside of Mitch just going off for 40)
Love ORL but I would be shocked if they win that series, and thing we would handle them easily.
