lol of course Luka would hit that shot. Struggles all game and then does his one move, the telegraphed step back three, and hits the big shot. Dude has balls of steel. Whatever you want to say about him whether it's the awful defense, whining, foul-baiting, poor leadership, being out of shape, etc...he is without a doubt one of the more clutch guys we've ever seen. Luka in those moments is very easy to root for. Other times? Not so much

He plays with anger, I think he likes being the bad guy and obviously to most non-Dallas fans he will be then.

Very lucky. They just need to make the proper adjustments on defense and start hitting shots. For some reason I feel like the Mavs were saving energy on defense for the first half. It was so bad.

I miss younger Luka. He had better body language, smiled more and was lethal in the clutch. I know he's wily and more seasoned and just getting away with what he's allowed to and that's no different than anyone else but as a non-Mavs fan it makes it harder to root for him. Of course if he steered his way to us instead of DAL than I'd be his biggest fanboy

Chet is a great shot blocker, but I think it's a mistake to not have another big. He gets worn out on defense and eventually will get injured playing down low with his lack of size. It probably takes away energy for offense as well.

SGA doesn't whine, he just throws elbows every time and gets rewarded for it. Not sure how one is better than the other.
