Canada we cheer for both anthems.. When the sound cut out during the American anthem the fans continue to sing it for them.
America you boo our anthem, shoot during it and random chant USA like its the olympics.

The money is split 50/50 between the NBA and NBAPA. NBA's charity of choice needs to be approved by the NBAPA and the NBAPA gets to pick where their half of the money goes. Whatever charity it goes to would help those in need - that's all that should matter.
