I'm not a massive fan of him as a Bulls fan, he's got a bit of a pouty/b***iness to him like Gasol, at least when he first got here, but I can't think of any time he's really been like that this season. Otherwise, he's largely a class act.
The series was always a bit chippy and players are seeing what they can get away with. Mike clearly got away with some light little niggling things, but so many players do that. The replay made his push on MCW look a lot more malicious than it was as well.
Understandable inexperience with Giannis getting rattled, that charge has no place in the game and was rightfully ejected (not a knock on him, I love the Greek Freak, he just clearly got rattled).
Dunleavy's incidents in this game are somewhat akin to, in my mind, the stuff I've watched Bogut get away with, subtle holds and little things.
I'd agree with you if they were subtle, The Giannas push/flop I agree that's no big deal but there's nothing subtle about pushing a dude out of the air. It was a blatant cheap shot that shouldn't be excused, That does nothing more than set the tone that you should be able to put someone in a dangerous situation because it's chippy.
I have no problem with physical play, Hard foul coming down the lane? That's fine, being a little more physical when they try to post up that's fine but taking a cheap shot on a guy that can't protect himself? nah have to draw the line somewhere.
