surprised to see Mobley has such a bad offensive RAPTOR; only Suggs and Green are worst than Mobley in offensive RAPTOR

It actually doesn't surprise me at all. I'll praise the man all day every day but even though he's finding his shots and able to put up consistent offensive production, his positioning at that end isn't nearly as good as his defensive positioning.

Of course there's more to it than that, but it's one of the biggest things that stands out to me at that end.

Stuff like this is why I think Cleveland should never consider letting Okoro go, period. His defense is far too valuable for Cleveland to give up on simply because he's not shooting the three ball at the rate fans who don't know any better want. Let him continue to develop, let him work on his three point shot.

Okoro is a guy I’ve been keeping my on for a while. The eye test (anytime I watch Cavs games) tells me he’s better than his numbers indicate. Depending on how the magic roster fills out over the next few years, I wouldn’t mind the magic looking into acquiring him.

To your point though, he’s worth keeping around for the Cavs.

Really hope we make the playoffs, playing high stakes basketball for Scottie is so crucial for his development. Icing those FT's to send the game into overtime was a beautiful thing to see.

Nurse a mad man lol. We needed every Scottie minute possible in that game tbh so I didn't give it any thought but sheesh, we got like 2 back to back games this week, he's gotta ease up on the young fella.

They'll probably just rest him a couple of those games to keep his knee swelling down.

mobley vs. cade tonight, wonder if the cavs are going to give cade the same treatment the magic gave him last game:

Absolute terrible spacing by the Pistons on this play

That's the Magic packing the paint. They didn't go out of the way to double-team Cade.

Even though I still think Mobley is better, I really like the way Barnes plays out there. Raptors hit a home run with this kid, I'm happy for their team, especially if they get a really good center and some depth down the stretch.

The Cavs don't typically pack the paint to that extent and they typically don't have to when Cade will need to shake Okoro then try to deal with Allen, Mobley or both.

If Cade doesn't keep his head up when he starts dribbling, they will send double teams.

Whoever wins the matchup between Cade and Mobley will probably win rookie of the month.

their stats going into tonight's game:
cade - 17.2/3.8/5.3/1.0/0.8 on a TS% of .525
mobley - 16.4/8.2/2.8/0.5/1.3 on a TS% of .558

my guess is unless cade really balls out tonight and the pistons win, mobley will get it because of team record.

i think the basketball gods saw some excitement from our fanbase for the first time in about 10 years after that 34/8/8 game, and said no no no, here "take this 3-27 fg over the next 2 games"

the serious answer is Cade has struggled at times against length or when bigger wings have been covering him, just something he needs to work through

he is not a homerun unless he is top 2 and we know cade and mobley are guaranteed to be better. he was already drafted number 4 not some mid lotto so people are already expecting 1st rookie, all star. making couple of all stars is merely meeting expectations nothing impressive. his height 6'7 is what bothers me the most need to be 2 inches taller.

to me, barnes was rather a much safe high floor pick masai didnt want to gamble busts with wagner and kuminga.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.
