I know damn well you guys are going to destroy Jaylen Brown if he sucks in the dunk contest so hopefully he doesn't suck haha.

It would be pretty cool if he won imo because it might convince other all-stars that they don't have to be scared to enter the dunk contest and potentially get destroyed for sucking.

I actually have him winning it. It’s rare for all nba guys to participate. He has some stuff ready. Hopefully he shows up that scrub Mac mcclung

I think that is why he said “package.” Like when the Suns traded for Durant, they sent a package of Bridges and picks for him. Pacers in their current position would only move Mathurin if they can consolidate him with other picks and pieces for a major upgrade.

This is correct.

That doesn't mean that Mathurin is necessarily a future star. Some people view him as such (I'm one of those people) while others do not. But when a young guy looks like he has the potential to be a future star then their team isn't going to move him, unless it's in a package for a more established star.

I give credit to anyone participating. Big names have been ducking this stuff for a long time now, it's nice to have people step up. Like Sabrina vs. Steph, it's some fun for us all to enjoy, whoever loses will needlessly hear the boo birds of course :lol:

I like mac =( he did well in the rising stars challenge and his g-league stats are actually solid... Hes better than some guys in the league... You cant tell me the Wizards wouldnt be better if they replaced poole with mac... :lol:

I feel lucky to have been a kid to enjoy back when these events were something to look forward to. Just make the entire night a slam dunk contest with the actual top dunkers in the league, would save it.
