My thoughts exactly. This guy brought you to the Finals twice lmao. What is this guy doing?

The Heat don't treat star players with the respect they deserve.

I was listening to No Dunks today, and they made interesting observation that Heat basically retired their Heat Culture alternate jerseys (good), and just replaced it with Vice jerseys (good), but how is that allowed? They have all these rules for these jerseys usually, they must wear specific jerseys number of times and all, but they basically let Heat to just replace their alternate jerseys mid season... And this Butler thing, is honestly, likely why, wearing that jersey now would just be emberassing. Heat Culture jersey sucking and probably not selling probably another reason, but you never see such a thing.

They gave him a $50 million, three year contract extension. That's what they're doing. I didn't realize that was unfair in today's world.

Allegedly their asking price came down, wonder what their ideal package is currently?

Freeing up money this summer and a pick or two. Don't think they'll get the players they want.

The problem with Jimmy Butler is he is old, overpaid, and needs an extension. Heat need expirings but who has 50M of expirings ready?

People say just trade him. To whom and to where? I don't think the Heat even want all that much for him just don't want to be crippled financially. Show me the contender that is willing to resign Jimmy that isn't going to cripple the Heat? My first sort of thought would be to the Rockets for FVV but they already said no thanks. Beal is going to be a huge lift to find a 3rd team.

If I were Riley I'd tell Jimmy you want to leave here is the door you are a free agent in the offseason decline your option and go

I think this shows that Heat Culture is stronger than ever.
Wouldn't it be exactly against Heat Culture to let Jimmy Butler stomp all over the franchise?

The uniform schedule came out months ago. Heat vice jerseys out sell the rest of the nba city jerseys combined. That's why they are back imo.

Someone saw Jimmy Butler singing Swing Low, Sweet Chariot. It’s 2025. When will this oppression end?

The Man is forcing him to work for 50 million dollars a year. The injustice!

Just trade him already dude.

Jimmy is embarrassing himself entitlement at its finest

We have seen this before with Jimmy. Miami has nobody to blame but themselves. This is the risk you take when you take on this personality. Jimmy been blowing up teams for most of his career. It's what he does.

The risk was pretty worth it resulting to 2 Finals appearances Imo.
Riley also had the guys to trade Shaq when the Superstar couldn’t commit himself to be in the best possible shape and they eventually rose up by winning 2 rings with Lebron, Bosh with Wade.
Teams that traded for the sake of just trading usually go into bad rebuilds like the Pelicans, Portland, Washington, Nets etc etc

This is actually impressive at this point. He has left every single team on bad terms, wow.

This is how he will be remembered. It is unfortunate bc dude is a solid hooper too.

The coffee business is a cool wrinkle.

The Rachel Nichols stuff was comical to me.

I honestly don't ever care about him being a diva at every stop since it was never on my team but it's played out. It's also unwarranted because he's never raised the Larry O'Brien and seems he never will.

If he wasn't good at the game he would have got the boot out of the league a long time ago, it's a known fact that they give you more leeway in the NBA the better you are with antics and off-court problems.

Any guy that is basically a mediocre NBA player better not pull this **** or they find themselves out of the league extremely fast.

They might make it known they're unhappy but no way either of them pull the crap Jimmy is doing. Guy has zero interest in following any sort of rules, he wants to be treated like he's Kobe or Michael. Flying to games on his own, walking out of practice, and worst of all straight up mailing it in when he's on the court.

I would trade this bum in a heartbeat.. the heat have won nothing under him and he still has zero rings.. win a title atleast before making trade demands. Sorry but gettin to the finals two times and both times got slaughtered and disappeared LOL..
