I feel like OKC will get at least 70-71 wins. not easy but they can get 73 or 74 wins. they just destroy their opponents.

What was Bane thinking, throwing the ball to OG like that?

Rest your defending MVP, shoot 8 for 18 from the line… win on the road by 30.

Wouldn't say that, its just really alarming how much better they currebtly then the rest of the league.

On pace for a 74 regular season win tally

Did you factor SOS? Based on record solely, they're on pace for 78-79 wins, but they've played a soft schedule so 65-70 is still more likely imo.

65 seems so low, I don't see okc loses 16 times out of 58 games.

They’d need major injury issues to not hit 70. How many teams even compete with them when they match up? Eight? Five?

Zach Edey currently has a 94.8 defensive rating on a sub .500 team. Best in the league for players >20 minutes. Need a bigger sample size but if this holds up, the conversation must change.

I could see 70. 73-74 is a really tough mark. OKC actually has had a worse start than the 73 win Warriors so far (they were 24-0 in their first 24)

Now 9-14 and lost 7 in a row. Never believed in that start anyways

Their opponents were shooting terrible from 3, even during that 5-0 start, they were allowing most paint points in a league. They do not have defensive players and their center in particular is one of the worst defenders in a whole league.

The Hornets are in a great spot to not just put an end to the Ball era, but completely change the culture too. Getting rid of those 3 is how you start changing the culture. None of those 3 attempt to play winning basketball, they all play just me first style of play

Ball I agree, but are we writing off Miller already?

well gsw was 24-1 and okc is one win away from it. equal starts if okc win their next game.

Yeah but OKC was missing their all nba shooting guard most of that. It's like an 18-1 team added a 3rd team all nba player essentially. But he came in knowing all their plays and fit into the team too.

Steph, Dray, and Klay missed like 6 games that whole year. The other starters had their issues and missed plenty. But Chet's already sat out 4 games. Dorts missed a bunch. OKC isn't exactly having all kinds of health luck is my point. But let be frank. The bench of OKC I think could go 500.
