He has a 2x MVP and 2 more all nba level players to fall back on. Its a great way to teach a lesson to one of your star players.
And it wouldnt be benching him for taking too many shots, it would be benching him for killing the team's offensive flow. If he doesnt do something like that, then we can just expect KD to keep doing what he is doing.
