They are probably the best two all around guards in the league going forward, depending on what happens with Curry’s aging. Luka I’d still take for proven playoff resume, but there is merit to SGA going forward.

I would also suggest that SGA has better footwork and dribble control that allows him to get to his shots easier than Luka, where he is also a better shooter than Luka. Doncic has the big playmaking edge but he isn’t actually a more efficient volume scorer than SGA, and obviously like you say the defensive gap is huge.
