The refs seem to favor the Clips heavily...some weak calls on the Mavs,meanwhile Harden and PG create separation by pushing the defender off with their arms

They do kind of need it too at this point or the first round is a total dud. The only series 2-2 right now is two teams no one pays attention to.

I really feel like there is a gap after OKC, Denver, and Minnesota from the rest of the teams in the west. People put Dallas and the Clippers in that mix but I don't think they are on the same level. I think seeds 4-8 are all of similar caliber and would all be pretty competitive but 1-3 would pretty much dominate all those other teams barring some bad matchups like healthy Pelicans and Timberwolves or Lakers and OKC. I think OKC would handle a health PElicans or this Mavs teams without too much trouble. I think the Timberwolves would hand the Lakers or this Mavs team without too much trouble.

I also think the Suns would have done a lot better against most of the teams 4-8 in a series. Maybe not won against most but it would have been more competitive.
