According to this thread, Bynum sucks, but he wasn't the only one sucking.

Yeah if you hate warm weather, disney world, proximity to the ocean, strip club capital of america and beautiful women, it does.

No. Orlando does suck.

Your opinion, each have its own opinion on what city sucks or not. Orlando has been my home since 1992 when i was just turning 8 years old. I have seen this city grow from just a regular small city to a huge size city with all tourism and what not. There are alot of great areas and bad ones in Orlando just about in every area around the major U.S. cities. Orlando doesn't suck if you have a great job and know the people down here. I know what its like to be poor and to live decent in Orlando and so far both has been good to me. The woman are indeed beautiful since alot of them range from south America to Europe. You can kinda say we are a miniture mix pot comparison to New York. Just wanted to add my two cent. Not knowing whether you been to Orlando or not sounds to me you had your fair of bad experience which is unfortunate.

As for the HEAT getting him, Dan Gilbert wouldn't "allow" that to happen.

Explain please. If Bynum gets cut, how will Dan Gilbert be able to do anything?

Never mentioned being cut. If he was traded.

Even trading scenarios are out of his control. He's going to get Gasol. Bynum's going to LA to get cut to give them cap relief.

According to our tipster, apparently Bynum got together with one of the assistant coach’s wives, we’re being told it was Jamahl Mosley’s lady. When they found out, that was the final straw. The Cavs should have stayed far away from Bynum, especially after his disastrous stint in Philly.-TO - See more at: http://bossip.com/888143/athletes-marri ... KE9zs.dpuf

Seeing as she's pregnant and expected to give birth in a couple months, I really doubt that this is true.

I agree with the first half of your sentence, but I just want to go on record and say I just got back from a trip to Cleveland and I ran out of time to do all the things I wanted to do/see.

Just curious as to what you were able to do when you got here? Every time we get clients in and we take them out....all of them leave with the same "damn we had a lot of fun, this place isn't so bad after all lol".

Finally made it out to Melt after hearing about it for years. The wait was long, but it was pretty solid. Also went to the bar La Cave du Vin, ironically recommended for their beer selection. I ended up drinking a Brooklyn-based beer I'd never seen in Brooklyn, which is where I live now.

I grew up in Cleveland, and I'll be the first to admit that the city used to be a hell hole, but every time I come back to visit, it's shocking how much more there is to do there.

I think people are just stuck on their perceptions of the city from years back. Not that they actually went their then, either, but that's my best guess. Unless you're completely inept at finding things to do, Cleveland ain't that bad. Sure, it's not NYC or LA or Chicago, but I'd put it on par with a city like Pittsburgh, which is also very underrated.

It's not terrible, it's still a piece of land in a pretty reasonable geographic region--we're not talking North Dakota over here. But as far as living in a city goes, it's just not that great.

So which is it? Have you been there, or have you lived there? That's kind of the key point people are trying to make. If you're visiting you don't necessarily get a great feel for what living there even means.
Millions of people fly in and out of Orlando, for example, every week and have no idea what living there is actually like. That's an extreme case but its directionally true of just about everywhere.
Too often visiting cities is about places that are a very small part of the resident's daily lives.

Fair enough, I haven't lived there, I've only visited for a few weeks because I have a friend that lives there.
