It feels like we're supposed to have a Miami vs. Brooklyn series, but I'm going the other way. I think Toronto actually pulls this off in 7.

Sorry, have not followed the Nets. But how healthy is KG coming into the post season?

Raptors have one of the better home crowds in the nba but in the first game the crowd was not a factor cause team sucked and nobody cared. In January when the Raptors were on a run and the crowd was in it they blew the Nets out 96-80, a similar result might occur in the Playoffs with how crazy the ACC gets

The nets were without two starters on that game.

Why are we even talking about the regular season anymore, if you think the raptors will that's fine by me, i just wouldn't take anything from the regular season, the playoffs are a different animal.

Nets played arguably their best basketball of the season in January with their only losses coming to Toronto. The injuries did not hurt them and actually helped them discover what lineups worked and how they needed to play

Playoffs are a different animal but a bad road record is a bad road record and playing in on of the louder arenas is not good for such a team. I may be wrong but in IMO having home court will be a significant advantage for the Raptors

We shall see, i'm definitely worried about the road woes but i think they will be better prepared come playoff time. Saturday can't come soon enough. :)

TBH I'm just happy that I can follow a team in the playoffs this time around.
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.

The Raptors, despite having homecourt and the better record, will be seen as the underdog in this series, rightfully so.

The Nets are hugely favored to win this series, and that's probably going to end up happening.

BUT I STILL BELIEVE, RAPS IN 4!

As Bill Simmons mentioned, our sixth man is going to be the crowd for sure. Unlike a vast majority of teams who in their down years do not get much if any support, we were still selling out games. Now that we're winning, the ACC is going to be ridiculously loud.

Oh, I'm sorry the Raptors missed the chance to have consistent games against the Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons. Would have been rough...

Sure but they got fat off the Sixers,Knicks and Celtics. Winning the Atlantic is meaningless now a days

The Bulls have the same record as the Raptors, so what's your point?

We had the same concerns with KG last post season. At this stage of his career, he needs to build his rhythm and once he gets it going, he's going to be fine. Additional minutes for him would definitely do wonders.

Win or lose, expect an unforgettable run by Pierce and KG :D

i havent followed much Nets basketball..but since he was healthy did he get some minutes to get his game conditioning and rhythm back...that might be the problem why he is not hitting shots.

Would you say the same had the Nets won the Atlantic and won the amount of games they were touting they'd win and be a top seed before the season, won 50+ games, would it still be meaningless then?

Yeah I would. This division was sad this season. I have nothing against the raps.

He got a few more minutes since he came back a couple of weeks ago, he looked quite good on the game he came back but it was against the sixers so take that with a grain of salt, his outside shot just isn't falling, though, and this could be a problem as Toronto has a lot of length.
