Jalen Rose said it best when someone asked him what he though of Brooklyn wanting to move D-Will

"Good luck with that"

Donald Sterling... Wait never mind.

Detroit would... Until they put Van Gundy in charge.

Brian Colangelo would jump at the chance... What? He's not in Toronto anymore?

I guess nobody .

I think NY would go for him even with Phil on board, especially if Melo signed off on it.
They have to do ANYTHING they can to keep Melo around, and if this would get it done, they should do it.

Something like Amar'e + Shump + Felton + Next heavily protected 1st they can deal for Deron
PHI would take Amar'e + Shump + pick for Young, J-Rich
BRK gets Young, Richardson, Felton for Williams

Brooklyn adds depth, NY trys to improve, PHI adds assets

Why would the Knicks do this trade? We are about to get relief and so we should cap ourselves out again and give up picks and young players to do it. I would rather ride it out with Amar'e and have him retire here. Amar'e has heart and everyone loves him. People seem to hate Williams and the guy is done. And on top of giving up Amar'e we give them Shump and a first rounder? Nope, no way. The Nets can spend the next 3 years trying to get Williams in shape and happy.

I'm hearing the Lakers are interested. Get it done!
