That will prob change soon enough. It isn't punished the same way as other drugs and people like Stern have already said they are against testing for it.

I'm sure for many, it's the opposite effect. Especially for young people. To them it's less cool since it's not "breaking the law" anymore

Times are changing fast so it won't be long until there are more NBA markets added to the list.

And Nevada as well.

There's a major difference between being legal at the state/provincial level vs legal at the federal level.

In Canada it is legal, country wide. You can travel and board planes with up to 30 grams of weed. You can even have it delivered via Canada Post. Try doing any of that in the US and see what happens if it's discovered.

As for how much of an impact it'll have on free agency, who knows. Winning & $$$ have the biggest impact over anything else.

You can travel with weed in certain cities in the states - there are certain airports which the TSA doesn't care. I believe LAX recently said they don't care about it.

Yea, I think this is an important point. Until the NBA allows it, it's not going to impact free agency all that much.

New Jersey will soon join the list of states with legal recreational weed. Many Philly and New York players live in Jersey.

Does anyone know where to place NBA bets?

I think someone mentioned Bovada. I used to use 5Dimes but if I do it I would probably switch. But it may not be Bovada. The main thing is an easy place to withdraw winnings without issues.

Gambling ruins lives and families. Dont gamble.

One of my best buddies went to undergrad same time as me, around 2009. He's still **** there. Dont think he got his degree. While rest of us are starting our families and buying condos etc.

Dont gamble bro.

I've read about that. But if you're stopped by CBP and found with it on you, you're screwed. Also, whoever is on duty with the TSA could be having a bad day and decide to care that day. You'll be screwed again. Until it's official at the federal level, I'd still be very weary of anything unofficial.

Dont gamble because one of your friends dropped out of college? Might as well tell us not to drink or play vidya games while ya at it.

Some of my favorites...

Over:
Grizzlies
Blazers
Hornets

Under:
Nets
TWolves
Kings

Also considered overs on OKC/ATL and unders on BOS/NYK. I live in Delaware, which recently legalized gambling. Before that I used Sportsbook, but I think they started requiring bitcoin deposits :dontknow:

Where you're located makes a bit of a difference. There are plenty of online places you can go. If you're serious, I can provide you some places that are legit and no, I don't get any kick backs. Myself and others have made bets on these sites for various sports like NCAA Football, NHL, NFL, Boxing, etc..
