OKC wins this deal off the fact that they’re rebuilding anyway & everyone knew it. Yet they were able to essentially grab four 1st round picks off of Houston and only had to send Westbrook back, who they weren’t keeping anyway.

In an all time first, I learned about this trade from messing around on the trade machine. I was seeing if OKC could have had the salaries to match in a trade for Kevin Love... and I'm like "WTF is Chris Paul doing on the Thunder???" They get those updates in damn fast lol.

I agree - it's a crazy idea but he could take $60M cash money and be on a contender. There's like a 1% chance it happens

Probably more likely a trade than a buyout, I'm sure there are some contenders willing to take a chance on Chris Paul. There is absolutely no logic on either side for Chris Paul to play in a thunder uniform.
