The best way to affect change is for the NCAA to feel their profits tank.
If LeBron James and other notable figures lead a boycott of NCAA merchandise and tickets due to exploitations of NCAA college students, then they would have to make a change. This is how civil rights movements had an impact. You can't just sit there and whine about it, you have to make them feel it in their pockets.
