Boston is making the finals. That's pretty much a give-in.

If Boston wins the title against whatever West team, and the West team is healthy, nobody will care that they played a graveyard of teams in the east.

If they lose the finals, not only will they get **** for losing the finals, but their path to the finals will become a much bigger deal. They'll probably be the least respected finals team in history.

Haslem on live TV literally just claimed that they can't win the title because they are not battle testes. It's a joke.

knicks will punch boston and make them work. can boston take the punch and execute down the stretch? if og's back, then brown has to go off b/c og will make it tough for tatum.

my gut says this is a pick 'em series. of course i'm assuming the knicks beat indy, which i think they will.

Nope it’s not. The line is going to be Boston -1.5. Maybe Boston -1.0 at best. The Celtics are going to be the favorites, the question is how big of a favorites. (and this is accounting for all the current injuries, if OG is out for a number of games, it could be worse)

If the Knicks are healthy enough (big IF), Knicks will beat Boston. Knicks will outrebound Celtics by 15 in every game. Brunson vs White will be a big key. If Garland didn't play like garbage he would have scored 40 a game...Horford can not protect the paint. Boston lacks the killer mentality needed in my opinion. The fact they let Cavs stay in the game last night with 3 main players out says it all.

Celtics (and maybe OKC) have the best shot at beating Denver (yes better than Wolves). Denver will score on the best defenses this century. You have to try and outshoot them and there is no better team than the Celtics.

Yeah, he dominated 3rd string twig Luke Kornet and 38 year old 6'9" slow a$$ Al Horford. And it wasn't until game 5 before he finally had a dominant game offensively against the Celts.

And Mobley was a non factor offensively in the Orlando series. He couldn't handle the girth of Wendell Carter or the length of Jonathan Issac in the paint. Only time he dominated offensively in that series was in garbage time of the game in Orlando when the Cavs were down by 30.

He needs to gain additional core strength to bang with and to not be denied constantly by bigger big men in the paint.

However, with his wiry frame and the fact that he will be 23 next month I can't see him adding much strength.

Knicks pose zero resistance to Boston, even if at full strength.

There is nothing there.

Boston smoked them this season in every game excluding the game towards end of season when Tatum, Brown, White, KP all played under 30 minutes and they already had stuff locked up.

If New York gets past Indy, it is over in 5 games
