Top-2 teams in the World Cup from America (Argentina and USA) qualified for the Olympics.

It’s the World Cup champ. Relax, we have 82 games to go to war about.

These were the biggest games Kemba ever played in, and he didn't impress to put it lightly. He is built for a team like Charlotte, not a leader.

You sound mad and irrelevant

How many dunks and tip ins did Gobert have in the second half ? All while Plumlee, Lopez, and Turner didn’t see a SINGLE minute in the fourth quarter ? No way... someone please get coach Pop out of there!!!

Holy **** dude!! Did you even watch the game!? Small ball lineup of Mitchell/Smart/Middleton/Barnes/Brown basically helped make the whole 17 point swing. Gobert was destroying USA when they played normal ball with Turner at center.

They didn't watch it

Anybody who really watched it saw Brown was the best defensive center we had. That move is what turned a 10 point deficit into a 7 point lead. We got the lead with him on Gobert and we lost it with him on the bench.

They didn't see Turner get torched in the 1st half. They didn't see us get killed on the boards in the first half with a big. Turner on Gobert didn't work. Fornier walked into whatever he wanted or Gobert easily got to the rim. Lopez didn't work, because his shot is broke right now. Barnes didn't really work that well either. Brown and Smart worked.

Yup, it was cake once they went back to their PnR. Trying to post Gobert up stagnated the offense and took them out of their flow.

I'm not sure how much it hurt them though. Gobert put Myles Turner in the dumpster. He was just the best player on the floor and USA didn't have a real answer.

Problem was that Walker was one of the guys defending PnR and not France going back to PnR. Walker on defense was a problem in general.

Kemba is too small. Undersized point guards are a huge liability in today’s NBA. They can’t close out. Bigger guards can shoot over them or bully them. They can’t switch onto wing players.

You combine that with Enes Kanter’s poor defence, and it’s going to be a long season in Beantown.

Kemba stunk it up and Mitchell alone doesn't cut it.

Kemba played today?

Sorry for such a comment, but I expected this during Parker era, and it happens now, when superstars Say no to team USA, and players just below fear to lose (except Kemba and Donovan), so really average NBA players came to China. And for USA, I only saw Donovan Mitchell, and guys getting foul troubles because they didn't make différence between good defense with intensity, and agressivity with hands (pushing, grabbing arms etc ... Instead of being string on feet)
LA 2028 (Starters):
Francisco - Strazel - Malédon - Traoré ?
Coulibaly - Fournier
Risacher - Cordinier
Yabusele- Hoard - Essengue/Penda?
Wembanyama - Lessort - Raynaud / Beringer /Sarr?

Spain-France 2014 because it was totally unexpected. It is not an upset today.

(And France -, Spain 2015 will stay my worst forever)

I would say your country is a lot more well rounded now than during Parker's prime, if he were in his prime today with that roster you'd probably beat the US by 20 today, and would competitive / threat to win in Tokyo.

Gobert is a massive problem for any team that tries to go small.

Make an adjustment? I think France finished the game on like a 20-5 run.

The Czechs look good. I wouldn't be surprised if we see 3 European teams in the semis.

A team full of Celtics and Bucks couldn’t deliver in a playoff environment- truly I am not shocked

What adjustments? They just stand still and keep looking at each other, and keep playing 1on1 and running into Rudy.
