Then again id be suspending guys like chris paul multiple games for flopping so my opinion doesn't matter much.

Curious how many games you felt JR should have gotten.

Probably 5 games for jr based on his past fighting. Dunleavy should have been tossed and suspended. A punch to the head is a punch to the head, it has no place in the game whatsoever. The fact that anyone would defend that is absurd, there is literally no way to justify it. He makes no basketball play, he literally just throws a punch at a guy in mid air when he's helpless. Maybe MCW should have came down, smacked his head on the floor and gone brain dead, then people would take the cheap shot seriously. It was an egregious missed call considering it happened in the act of shooting.

What I noticed about this one earlier was how this play could have resulted in a separated shoulder for Dunleavy........Giannis wrenches hard and if Dunleavy doesn't roll with the play, he might have been injured.

Haven't heard many say the tie up wasn't similar to the Olynk play.

Having said that, Dunleavy has always been one of my least favorite guys in the league. Early in his career guys around the League have been taking shots at him as he has been perceived as being soft coming out of Duke. He was often punked as an easy target, and he had that whiney face that annoys.

I got no problem with the shove check hit...kid was frustrated and even though it was dirty, at least he didn't run over closed fist and punched him....hell get suspended for a game next season early...big whoop.

Dunleavy clocks MCW a couple of times early, Bulls were up 30, Giannis wanted to bounce home early probably.

I'm fine with getting payback but do it in little increments instead of this all or nothing assault (ie: JR's backfist)

Also, can't wait for these shenanigans during the Cavs-Bulls series. I expect Perkins to earn his keep.

Giannis punked him RIGHT AFTER Dunleavy pushed him while the bucks missed a shot and bulls rebounded the ball. Giannis fell and then ran at him.

He wasn't thinking "well the game, series, season is over, now I'll go tackle him." He just went after it in direct response to that play, that was the last straw. Don't make it seem like this was in any way, shape or form an intelligent play by Giannis.

Your point is valid, but my guess is had Dunleavy pushed him in the 4th quarter of a tied up Game 7, Giannis probably doesn't retaliate in the same way (at least I hope not...)

For those of you (so far only Bulls fans) who think that the series was dirty both ways, what did the Bucks do that was equivalent to:

- Dunleavy punching a defenseless MCW in the face/throat
- Dunleavy pushing Giannis in the throat
- Brooks elbowing Bayless in the chest
- Gibson elbowing Mayo in the head
- Mirotic slamming Zaza on the ground

?

All of them looked intentional.

I'll give you the Zaza elbow (not as bad as the Gibson elbow though) and the Giannis body check.

The Bulls definitely seemed dirtier.

It looked like when they slowed it down (around :42 seconds), Giannis goes to the ground and they aren't tangled up, and then Dunleavy pulled his elbow in and locked Giannis' arm up and then tried to roll over. It's tough to tell though because Dunleavy hits the camera as he's doing it, but it looked like he was the one that tried to lock Giannis up to me.

Bucks got blown out of the league. We don't need to talk about them anymore. On to the next series...

So, help me understand this... everybody calls the Bulls a "soft" team and that they're too afraid to react... so then the Bulls crank up the physicality, and now they are labeled as "dirty"? Please. If the Bulls are dirty, the Bucks are equally dirty. As a matter of fact, based off of this newfound evidence, every team in the NBA is dirty.

I understand some of the contact was extra-curricular, but both teams were chippy the entire series. Does that make it right? No. I am not advocating or defending any Bulls or Bucks players.

Here's for those of you that need to get your facts straight.

Gibson's space clearing elbow swing at OJ Mayo (no injury resulted)
Henson leveling a backpedaling Brooks, then standing over him (no injury resulted)
Zaza's unnecessary elbow to the side of Mirotic's head (no injury resulted)
Mirotic and Zaza loose ball scuffle (Mirotic suffered sprained knee)
Brooks elbow to Bayless' chest (no injury resulted)
Giannis' slam of Dunleavy on a rebound tangle (no injury resulted)
Dunleavy's hit to the face on a driving MCW (no injury resulted)
Dunleavy's shove to Giannis' neck on a boxout (no injury resulted)
Giannis' lowering his shoulder and checking Dunleavy into the first row (no injury resulted)
MCW hitting Dunleavy below the belt and then tossing him to the ground (no injury resulted)

Moving on...

On twitter this morning....MCW said the dentist had to put a few of his teeth back into place last night. He suffered a few chipped teeth from the blow from Dunleavy.

How many games is Dunleavy going to get suspended for?

Have you seen MCW's teeth? He probably did him a favor.

Edit: Looks like he reciprocated Dunleavy's shot to the head later on. So I guess Bulls fans should start crying for a suspension on MCW now?

Hey guys, remember when the Bulls won by 54? With Mike Dunleavy punking two of the three best Bucks players?

That was a fun time.

It should be all good now, right? I still love Milwaukee. It's my favorite Chicago suburb.

Dunleavy didn't "karate chop" MCW. He didn't punch him, either.

He used two hands, together, to push away a guy who was falling into him. He got him high, but it's impossible to tell whether it was a deliberate aiming for the neck (like the Chalmers play) or just a push on an out of control player coming right at you - a defensive move. I don't know that you even could aim to hit the neck on a guy coming at you at that speed - at least not reliably.

This is the most burn the Bucks got on this board in a long time. And to think of it because Dunleavy chumped their whole team.
