Yea, that statement was disconcerting. But his college coach, Tom Crean, indicated he was one of the hardest workers he's coached: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.si.com/.amp/nba/2020/10/27/anthony-edwards-nba-draft-tom-crean

I don't think Edwards ever said he doesn't like basketball..he just said he prefers to watch(or play?) football over basketball.

Further evidence that maybe we shouldn't decide how a rookie's career is gonna play out 10 games into their first season?

Stop with the lying and dishonesty!!!!

I waited 15 games before declaring that the Wolves made a mistake drafting Edwards.

You guys should know not to take OP seriously, he mostly is just trolling.

On one hand he has called Cade and Ant-man busts before even playing 10 games, on the other hand he will say people are judging Killian Hayes far too early calling him a bust after 2 seasons

Every time one of these threads gets bumped, it's always the same posters with the same horrible takes.

Do you guys even watch basketball?

I’ll admit I thought of ant as an athletic Dion waiters and not it a good way.

I was wrong and been wrong about it for a minute, that boy is a beast.
