France ain't that good. Wembanyama might be the best passer on that team, which is a problem, because he can't pass to himself. I've seen them run plays for Gobert in the post, and yes, it was ugly.

France not looking good, even if they win today.

I'm a bit sad that Greece lost today. Hope they make the playoffs on their last game... I don't wanna end up going to a semi final of Australia vs Germany or something

At least France would be cool to see Viktor, but if they face decent competition I think they lose badly.

In 4 years Wembanyama might be the best player on the planet. If Risacher and Sarr can develop into nice complementary pieces and they get a half decent PG, they might pose a threat. I believe the projected #2 pick behind Cooper Flagg is a French point guard, maybe that'll be the answer. But right now, this team isn't frightening anybody.

Rui ejected for a soft play. KD got body checked last game and it was a common foul. Odd

FIBA refs are so soft. Foul by Rui was a hard foul not a flagrant

I would explain you, but it would last so long time ...
LA 2028 (Starters):
Francisco - Strazel - Malédon - Traoré ?
Coulibaly - Fournier
Risacher - Cordinier
Yabusele- Hoard - Essengue/Penda?
Wembanyama - Lessort - Raynaud / Beringer /Sarr?

He grabbed his arm, it's not comparable, it's a standard unsportmanslike foul, and it's his 2nd.

Grabbing the opponent's arm on the way up is an unsportmanslike foul. There are no flagrant in FIBA.

Hayes is simply a lower level. Maledon could make the cut, but that he didn't too was not a scandal. The real question is about Sylvain Francisco as PG, Elie Okobo as combo guard and Nadir Hifi as G.

getting fouled on the arm is a common foul in basketball. FIBA refs are just soft. let them play.

Yuki Kawamura is a real baller. It must be frustrating for him to be so talented but only 5'8". I'm the same height but at least I suck at basketball.

Right I mean I get the no play on the ball thing, but that makes it comparable to the KD play last game. Absolutely no play on the ball for either
