I can't be the only one thinking Salaun could very well end up as the best player in this year's draft. The Hornets have some exciting young players, if only Ball can stay healthy moving forward.

EDIT: And ofcourse, right after I post this Salaun misses the next three shots and commits a turnover. I apologize Hornets fans.

Not skilled, but large, active and extremely confident. If his shot is real then he can end up a solid contributor, but Ithere are many prospects with a lot more talent, like Castle, Sheppard, Risacher, Sarr, Ware, etc.

He is a joke and the Lakers this season are a sideshow. They made no moves to improve. The 2 guys they lean on are aging, one quite injury prone. The Bronny circus.

Its a throwaway year for them. They wont move future picks because they know they are going nowhere and they wont move LBJ / AD because they bring in revenue.

Super young team who had the MVP runner up and finished as the first seed... adds two potentially major contributors and will likely have significant internal growth.

Other contenders in the west all of question marks - health, new pieces, etc

I think it's pretty fair to pencil OKC in as the Western Conference favourite.

while it's tough for a team that young to win a chip, i think they will be the #1 seed and come out of the west. harkenstein and caruso are game changing additions along with the expected growth of their young guys.
