I genuinely do not know how the Mavericks will ever recover from this. Why would any Mavericks fan ever bother watching a game again when you know the owners are actively working for the Lakers?

If you add LeBron to this trade it would have been closer to fair value....makes me wonder if LeBron could end up in Dallas as part of a separate move somehow?

I don't see how that would happen (especially because, Reddick/LeBron), but it would make this make some sense: the Mavs take a shot for this year to go win one in the West where OKC is the only contender right now. This would also be LeBrons best shot at a ring, and aligns with Kyrie being older as well.

The Lakers would be punting on the short term but would build around Luka moving forward.

I know that isn't going to happen, but it's the only way I can make it make sense
