Collier making a mess the last few possessions. Clayton Jr. benched is baffling

Loose ball and Collier was complaining to the ref for a travel instead of scrambling for the possession. This is infuriating

As others have stated - he was drafted only because of his brother. He did have a good HS career but he was trash in college. Ace Bailey got a bad rap and Williams was 10 fold worse. I actually believe he’s the worst player in nba history
Good couple of aggressive drives but you can seen how tentative he is still and unpolished with his handles. Had he been drafted later, this wouldn't be much of an issue

So... Liam McNeeley... 22 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists...played well on both ends, looked like Gordon Hayward on the court. Lived up to his high school billing, maybe he is better made for the NBA than UConn

So I didn't really understand this aspect of Liam McNeeley's game:
He's actually got incredible court vision, and is at his best when he gets to handle the ball on a fast break, because he has good passing, but commands attention because of the threat of slashing to the rim. He can get a defensive rebound, and start the fast break as a point forward no problem.

Flip is showing exactly what you want to see by a 2nd year rookie. Watching him out there, really all I can think is, ya he’s too good for SL now.

I love Kon, but no clue how he was a top 5 pick. I didn’t even think he was a top 20 guy. And today is kind of the exact reason why I thought that. I just have no idea how he’s going to be a star in the league when he’s just so limited athletically.

Clayton Jr has the mindset of a true point guard. Collier is very athletic, but unpredictable. I think based on that, it makes a little more sense to have Clayton Jr as a starter with Collier coming off the bench for a punch of energy.

Looks like such a reach at #4. Don't understand it at all for the Hornets.

There is a poster on the draft board who had him #1 on his big board.

Turns out he had a hamstring injury, which is why you didn’t see him down the stretch. Bummer, he was getting better each game.

Is there a prettier shot in the league than Brea right now?

Was that a Troop reference in the Raps Bulls game?

Forget where I had him, but it was definitely top 5

Dillon Brooks is a rough looking dude with his hair down. I didn’t even recognize him until his name was on screen.

Maluach looks like the same guy he was at Duke. He looked lost defensively. Being out position and being able to recovers, works at the college level, but NBA players are going to eat him alive.

That plus the lack of athleticism really stick out to me. I stick by my assesment from day 1, kid is going to be a bust.

Im not a fan.

My first (and so far only) overreaction take of Summer League... The Wizards have a new star in Tre.

I'm putting some money on him for ROY.
