Rich Paul doesn't want Eric Bledsoe traded to Cleveland in case LeBron leaves after this season? Am I reading this right?

If so, this is a really messed up situation for Cleveland.

I'm calling BS on that tweet. Bledsoe has never played on a winner. He's had three major knee surgeries over the last five years. But, he doesn't want to come to a contending team because LBJ might leave next summer? D. Rose just took the minimum to play here.

Maybe I'm not comprehending the tweet correctly but Bledsoe didn't say anything about not wanting to play with Lebron. I think it's their mutual agent that doesn't want Bledsoe to go to Cleveland. Bledsoe mentioned in an article recently that he loves Phoenix but at the same time he wants to win.

It still doesn't make sense. Why would they care? Bledsoe gets to play on a contender for a year and then has one year on the Cavs after that (assuming they wouldn't just trade him for the best pick they could get next summer).

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Geez what a disaster off season for us. Everything pointing to Lebron leaving and it's effecting our ability to maximise win now pieces for the coming season.

Kinda screwing us and himself

For whatever reason, prospects and unproven guys are WAYYYY too overrated these days. I semi understand not wanting to give a top prospect for Paul George because hes such a huge threat to leave after 1 year. But guys like Butler and Kyrie?? i can guarandamntee that Josh jackson will NOT be as good as either one of these guys

You sound like a fool. You cant guarantee anything... you crisiticze someone's judgement and then make a ridiculous assertion in the same sentence.

During the Butler trade rumors someone did a graph of players drafted in the 2-5 range (since the rumors were a pick in that range for him) over the last 10 years from 2005-2015, leaving out 16 due to not enough evaluation yet. Out of 40 players, only 5 were hands down better than Butler and 1 arguably better. Even if we count that as 6, by my math that is a 15% chance that a 2-5 pick will end up being better than Butler. Paul George and Kurkewich are in the same tier as Butler, and Kylie is also younger than the other 2.

When you add in Cousins who was recently dealt, that's 4 proven all-stars who I've seen fans on here left and right talk about how they aren't worth a top 5 prospect. That's just Ludacris imo. Guys like Josh Jackson haven't proven a damn thing in this league, and isn't regarded as a Lebron/Duncan/Shaq type of prospect. Hell, not many consider him a...............Kyrie level prospect.

Let's see, a 25 year old proven yearly all-star and boarderline superstar, or an unproven 19 year old that may or may not be good??? I would go with the former. But for some reason lately it seems everybody is scouffing at the proven all-star and getting major hard-ons over potential instead.

Nah this is a diss back to LeBron.

Bron was singing Meek Mill diss about guys not being loyal on snapchat a few days ago.

Kyrie now singing the LeBron soundtrack of returning to Cleveland because it's obvious LeBron is leaving Cleveland again and shouldn't complain about loyalty.

I was excited when I heard this news, for the drama of it, but I honestly don't think anything is going to happen. Lebron and kyrie will pretend everything is ok, then go win the east and lose in the finals again.
