Lavine on the Nuggets would be ridiculous. Make it happen.

I would love Poole off the bench. Jordan Clarkson is good too
I hope nothing will happen

That’s not enough salary going to the bulls

no way to match the salaries, they can only do it with MPj or Jokic

Hawks give up 3 solid rotational players and get one quality 6.10 wing and a promising young guard. To sweeten the deal Denver chucks in a first and front row tickets for the entire Hawks organisation to the 2025 Denver opening night ring ceremony…. I’m desperate!

This is by far the best option

Honestly, I would love to see Lavine and Jalen Smith for MPJ + Nnaji + Saric + Tyson, simply because I believe Smith would fit right in.

Murray/Westbrook
Lavine/Braun
Braun/Watson/Strawther
Gordon/Smith
Jokic/Smith/Jordan

Although if Denver can get Bogs + Larry Nance and Hunter, which I think would be dificult, the depth would be much improved

Murray/Westbrook
Bogs/Braun
Hunter/Watson/Strawther
Gordon/Nance
Jokic/Nance

Imagine the dunk competitions after practice between AG and LaVine. Do it, Booth!

I'm a LaVine truther, and think he could be the second scorer that they need. However, the ATL potential trade to get 3 rotational pieces is tempting. I can see Hunter/Bogi/Nance all thriving next to Jokic who'd be able to use their skills well.

that probably works honestly. Bulls could use MPJ size at the 3 and Denver could really use Lavine scoring + Jalens rebounding and spacing.

MPJ for Cam and DFS would be a nice get for the Nuggets. Got a competent back-up big and they’re set.

I think Jimmy Butler is the only answer. These other dudes are just names.

I really don't get it for the Nets, unless picks is coming back but those picks will more than likely be around the mid 20s because Nuggets are good. I also don't think CamJ is the right guy for Nuggets, he's pretty much the exact same player as MPJ just with less salary and less injured.

The Nuggets should go with Lavine, he's perfect for that secondary scorer type. or the Hawks package is much better than CamJ and DFS to be honest.

I like all 3 of these trades people are talking about.

Honestly I could see the BRK trade working out best, and then making another deal to bring in Nance.

Trading MPJ for DFS and Cam is a solid move contractually, and for their depth. Makes Watson expendable in a trade as well if it really came too it as those two are locked up for a few years.

They could still trade for someone like Smith from the Bulls, or combine Zeke's and Sarics contracts to get a player in the 14 mil area.

I think the BRK trade is the best, but the LaVine trade would give them a more consistent version of what they have with Murray. In that regard though, so would Bogy from the Hawks if he's healthy, so maybe that's the way to go.

All are solid ideas, Booth has a month plus to figure it out, but it's looking more and more like MPJ is the one on the hot seat

Yeah, I also think BRK trade is the best. CJ and DFS provides defense that you need, 3pt shooting and depth. CJ is replacement for MPJ, but with better d and less rebounding. DFS off the bench is a 3nd guy.

Malone no longer have to take out MPJ for defense.

The Hawks deal is the second best. Although I don't really like Bogy for them as much. They could get get replacement bigs.

Lavine imo is the worse deal because the depth will be even more of a weakness. No SF, no defense, no rebounding. Due to the contract, it'll leave less wiggle room to do anything. They'll be stuck. Having a shot creator to Lavine's caliber ain't worth it in this case. And he's injury prone. They'll be stuck with two bad contracts.

I thought the Nets don't want to take contracts with years left.

Also MPJ for Lavine is an improvement?

Maybe better to swap Murray with Lavine but would the Bulls want that contract?

What Denver needs is Jamal to be prime Jamal, and defend better… I would challenge Malone to do a better job coaching young guys, particularly on defense which is his bread and butter … they need to keep MPJ… MPJ would be a lot more useful than Lavine in playoff run …

Like I keep saying, most trades aren't going to help the Nuggets win a championship if Murray doesn't get consistently better.

And if he does get consistently better, they're fine.

Hope Booth doesn't rush into anything.

MPJ is a great piece at a fair contract and is a big part of Nuggets' rebounding advantage in he playoffs -- the Nuggets shouldn't rush into anything. Only a no-brainer deal.
