They can't make it work unless they are trading JJJ or Ja.
Miami / Chicago / London

Had a feeling Memphis might enter.
No state taxes in Tennessee

Just like Texas and Florida.

He fits on older teams and we can find better options in the future.
I'm kind of the same thinking as you. Same situation (Spurs).
But, I'll grudgingly welcome him as a Spur should we get him.
Kinda hoping Minnesota or Miami (if he heads east) wins this sweepstake.

Minn better fit and timeline anyhow. They are already contenders and older, better team than SA and Houston.

He's going to reconcile with the Suns and then get traded in season.

I think this is a possibility but I think the Suns are through trying to appease him and will do what's best for the franchise by taking the best offer from a team that doesn't mind that KD won't extend. It's high-time the owners take back some power and stop letting players dictate everything.

You can hate him for his off the court stuff, but Ant is a great leader on the court and a very respectable leader (on court only;) )
Dude isn't going to beg other players to come play here. 100% focused on this team as it is right now.

Only reason I agree is because this is like the 10th time KD is dictating exactly what team he goes to. He's far beyond abusing his privileges. Minnesota would be the best team and he doesn't want to go there because it's too cold. C’mon. At least Bron had the balls to sign one year deals and leave as a free agent.

What team wants to pay Durant 3/$180M at age 37?
He's won exactly 1 playoff series in the last 4 years, beating the Kawhi-less Clippers (pre-Harden)
This isn't a video game, his empty stats mean nothing.

Re: Official: Where does KD end up next week?
Minnesota giving up Gobert for KD and thinking that will put them over the top would be hilarious. Good luck with KD, Julius Randle, and Naz Reid being your rim protectors next season
. Their interior defense would fall off a cliff and KD will walk in Free Agency next Summer once they're inevitably bounced in the Playoffs.
Houston makes the most sense, but they don't want to give up Jabari Smith Jr. (rightfully so) and the Suns have no interest in Jalen Green and his bloated contract. Will be interesting to see if they give in and offer up Jabari, who is a good young player whose best days are ahead of him imo.
Miami has by far the worst trade package to offer of any of these teams imo, especially if they're refusing to include Ware in the deal.

Randle+ or no dice for Wolves. It can’t be Gobert.

Suns fans are going to be so disappointed when KD gets traded to the Spurs for Keldon/Barnes/14/2nds

10th? He was a free agent twice. Requested a trade from Brooklyn after they fumbled the Harden and Irving extensions and then traded them both for 50 cents on the dollar. Requested a trade from Phoenix after firing their 3rd coach in his tenure and attempting to trade him this past spring. There's nothing stopping a team from trading for him. They run the same risk as any team would trading for a player on an expiring deal.
