Have to give props to Chris Paul who had 9 points in the final period (most of any player) scored 23 points and was part of the squad to close out the game. Also dunked in an NBA game for the first time since 2015.

I get it man that all-star game was probably the most competitive game you've seen all season long.

Well to be fair outside of this rebuild we were in more playoffs straight than any team in the league. It's not like our team has been trash or in a rebuild forever. Per season we have a better winning % per year than the raptors have in our existence lol. Just because yall lucked up with 1 year of the best player in basketball doesn't make the raptors some gods of the nba after 1 championship. Come on now kid don't forget where you came from and what the raptors have been just because of a guy thats not even there anymore.

Most playoffs straight? You ever heard of a team called the Spurs? Maybe do some research before you try to son someone - the Hawks were the definition of tread-milling during these so called glory years you are discussing lol.

Nurse and Lowry will rightfully catch some heat from this for a while.

Agreed on the spurs i was mostly talking about in our conferance we share but i did say in the league instead. We all know about the Spurs but i mispoke so i'll take that L. Now with that said ofcourse we were a treadmill team as was the raptors as no one believed they would or could beat a lebron led team either. Before last year and Leonard since the raptors beginning yall weres ame as us either not in the playoffs or 1st / 2nd round exits all but 1 year as well just like us with coach bud. I can allow a lakers, bulls, celtics fan etc... to talk about how a winning team with a good legacy is supposed to play ball. But gtfoh with the raptors and that below .500 all time record treadmill crap as well. If yall were legit eastern conferance finals or nba finals teams every year i might give it some leeway but yall have only done that twice in the raptors entire existence in 25 years.

Nurse and Lowry were fans of Gordon, and wanted to repay Wade and the Heat for their shenanigans yesterday lol.

What I'm about to say may sound ridiculous since team giannis went cold but I'm watching this game and thinking to myself 'no way they let team lebron lose'. Think about it. Bron had the better players. It would've been a bad look for his team to lose to the much inferior team giannis. Then there's bron himself, who may no longer be the best player in the league but he still carries himself like he is. And his influence far exceeds anyone else's in the league which is why I believe they decided to change the initial foul call to a jump ball, despite the replay showing AD clearly ripping at Embiid's arm. Embiids would had FTs instead team lebron ends up with the ball, after the jump. I don't know but it just seems that the changing of the guard, whereby bron gives up his throne to that next guy, will be a tedious process and it's because of bron's status and popularity.

If people complain about how coaches coached & how players played during an All Star game ....then you know the All Star game was a success.

Kemba Walker was the weak link for team Giannis down the stretch. That uncontested layup he missed created a fast break the other way for 2pts via a foul and 2 free throws for Lebron. 4pt swing there. Then they had a fast break later before Kemba turned it over.

Kemba missed some shots he normally makes, otherwise he was good. Had one of those 3s gone in, people are criticizing Lebron I’m sure. I would live with Kemba taking those shots any day.

All I see is whining from the Raps, Celtics and some other east fans. They would've been blown the **** out if the west hadn't let them catch up. The team was **** and had no chance except for Lowry's flopping, and all the bull-crap they let Giannis get away with like the obvious Goaltend and fouling at the 3pt line. Giannis is a bad captain and is going to choke when it counts in the playoffs again. The only thing he does is barrel down the line now. Those awkward lookinh slow release 3pt shots are gonna cut it in the playoffs. Those Western conference teams would run circles around the Bucks unless he learns to use his head and be a killer.

The only thing I was disappointed in was Jimmy and Bam not performing upto the mark..

He didn’t take many shots, but he was 3/6 from the field.

I didn't watch the 2nd half so i cant really judge but he played only 18 minutes? How does a guy who almost get top votes from fans only play 18 minutes? I guess i'll have to watch the 2nd half to figure out but it's just weird... Then again being a starter at age 20 is an accomplishment on it's own. Him and Trae will have a chance to shine for many years. Still weird seeing Paul, RW and Simmons almost play 30 minutes lol...

Nice competitive game. Make a rule change to ensure game don't end on free throws(anti climatic).

Reading Kemba vs Kyle, I have doubled down on Celts vs Raps playoff series request.

If I blame anyone for the loss, it has to be Nick Nurse. Man, you have a full roster of all stars. Make some substitutions! I don't want to single players out, so I'll just say that even Giannis shouldn't be going for that many straight minutes. He never does on the Bucks.

I agree Nurse should've made more subs, give guys like Butler or Gobert more run in the 4th....but I don't think Vogel made any subs in the 4th as well.

Yeah, because my comment was posted before that thread was created. I lacked a time travel machine to go in to the future and wait for the thread to be created.
