Its a All Star Game, get some other players in there; just like Malone did. If LeBron, Kawhi, and AD can ride the pine a little while in the 4th, no one should be above it. Not even the Coaches own players.

You don't care who disagrees with you and want to be taken seriously yet don't even know who the Western Conference
coach is?? ?

I got to excited and did not proof before I posted but in honesty, we even heard Vogel say in gest; listen to LeBron he is your coach or something to that effect during one timeout.

Everyone that watched the game saw this, the 4th quarter strategy was night and day difference. West starters got some rest, East starters did not except for Trae. I think its a shame to be honest with you; but Nurse went with who he thought was his horses in the 4th and they blew an 11 point lead. Simple as that.

Ok do you think Nurse is a bad coach now?

The only people left arguing about the result of one quarter of basketball in a game that had zero stakes are extremely jealous of the Raptors. As a long suffering fan, it feels great to finally be on the other side.

It's gone from us 'casuals' not understanding the game of basketball to us refusing to recognize Lowry's "greatness". It has now devolved into an anti-Raptors witch hunt?

Yikes.

Trae, with other players should've played early in the 4th. But late in the game, i liked the lineup Nurse had. Trae would get torched by team LeBron, they'd just call for screens hoping he'd switch on one of them.

I think he underestimated the fatigue factor and he went with his system players in Lowry and Siakam. Its a All Star game. Were they really playing a system out there?

Bad coach, not at all. Young coach, absolutely.

He has tendencies to over play his players even in the regular season where the Raps are up by 15, he'll have the starters in until the two minute mark. He'll learn over time.

He's won a lot of games in the NBA. I think he knows how fatigue levels work.

I think the lineup he had in was fine .. but not for the entire quarter. That's the problem. Has nothing to do with Trae, specifically.

How many of them has he won with an untimed 4th quarter?

Nobody's saying he's a bad coach. Merely pointing out this wasn't handled in the best way. I think that's fair.

I'm a raps fan homie, but NN does have a tendency to leave players longer than they're supposed to be in.

I think Trae and Gobert played well off of each other. I hope to see something like that with Capela now that he is in a Hawks Uni.

This experiment was fun to watch, didn't really understand what these 3 first quarters was about because at the end the total numbers appeared again. Well, i'm not complaining, got guys to play defence at the end.

Next year flip it up some more, 4pt shots and referees asking Jepoardy questions to gain one extra free throw!
Luka Doncic life matters too. No to racism!

Keneely is a Georgia Homer but this is still a cool stat for just a 2nd year player.

The quarters were important for the donation winners. They got $100,000 for each quarter won by their team. The total score was still used to start the 4th.

Quite funny reading serious discussions about players/teams based on an exhibition game.

Anytime I get to talk about the Hawks one star its usually fun. The game was great for a All Star game and most of the players were trying pretty hard.

I hope they keep the format. The kids in the charity donation seats were great!

Not sure why people are getting on Lowry when Kemba was the weakest link out there in the 4th. Lowry was in his element playing a tough competitive game. Team Giannis was too small in the backcourt and putting in Butler at some point would’ve probably sealed the win.
