More like "this season is over". Not a good look from your best player.

Here's Biyombo getting a flagrant from a couple years ago - ironically against Love:

Melo got a flagrant 2 for this:

I can't make sense of it. They didn't even review it.
That call on Melo was attrocious.

I doubt they call a flagrant on Biyombo if it happened late in a close game. Also, Love was fouled beforehand and the refs may have felt bad about missing that - not answers fans would want, but thats my guess.

Biyombo's also looked more intentional - like he was trying to hit someone - Love looked like he was just tryimg to create space. Although being a Cavs fan probably skews my perception on those..

intent seems to be a big factor in offensive flagrant foul calls. Defense it doesnt seem to matter either way.

Game 1 is supposed to be the game where you punch the opposition in the mouth and show your dominance as the better seed with HCA.

The fact that the game was even close at the end is terrible enough. But actually losing is so gut wrenching and embarrassing. There are absolutely no legitimate excuses for tonight's performance.

If the lose the series, Masai should start the rebuild because the core of this team cannot get over the mental hump.

Absolutely agree...the fans are really getting tired of this team, i mean certain players just choking during big moments and under performing when they need to play big. They lose this and they gotta get rid of Derozan and Lowry, get that choking stench off of this team.
Jurassic Park should become Protest Park lol.

The fans ought to hold Masai hostage until Casey, Lowry, Derozan and JV are gone.

Like I said I'm not going away from that gameplan since it worked out well. With how many shots Jonas got he probably should have got 40 points this game. Though he missed a ton of easy shots. He's our source of easy offense. Every time he gets an inside shot that's one less shot DeMar, Lowry, and Ibaka are taking from outside. Though he missed a lot of easy shots. He's the one that was generating the highest percentage of easy shots and he went 7-19.

I'm going back to Jonas in game 2, I don't expect him to miss so many close shots again, but for this game alone, he blew it down the stretch.

If Lue puts Love on JV...JV gonna either foul him out or go for 40. He wont blow those bunnies the next game..trust that. A smart man makes the Love and TT play him straight up. Y’all cant win this with DD and Lowry playing Hero Ball.

JV is always good for a few missed bunnies and Love would never play him hard enough to foul out. That said i get what you mean but its impossible to just change everything to just force feed an average player like all game even if its a great matchup.

If you cant out coach Lue then you dont deserve to win a game this series. Y’all have to exploit Korver and Love on defense...and keep a body on Korver on offense...Korver was FREE all game and I would bet any amount of money you want that JV goes off next game. If yall go DD hero ball against Lebron HeroBall yall going home in 4...or at best 5...

He had Love ISO'd on the right wing and passed the ball. That's a mismatch that he should seek to exploit every time down the court.

It's somewhat ironic since Lowry used to be a pit bull and somewhat clutch against the Nets when they first moved to Brooklyn. Now the tides have turned and Lowry looks like he's hiding from the big moment.

Have to give it to Lue though - hes outcoached Kerr, Stevens and Casey. Hes like a savant that way
