In 13/14 LeBron had a -0.21 DRPM as of April, he is clearly a bad defender and not one of the best in the league.

If you're not going to use these stats right, go away.

Stop your agenda and stop being baiting...

Why don't you enlighten us then? Do you dispute the numbers?
You think you're winning, but instead you're doing yourself a disservice.

Lets wait 10 games in then look at point differential, generally a good measure of team strength. 20 games in even better, we should have a pretty strong idea by 20 games.

We are pretty close to the 20 game mark today with Jazz having played 18 and the Kings 22.

Jazz are 9-9
Kings are 7-12

Point differential was the metric I was really interested in using here though.

Jazz = +1.4
Sacramento = -4.0

I'd say it's a pretty strong case for all those that voted Jazz. However, Jazz just recently lost Gobert, so maybe things even out a bit for the next 3 quarters of the season.

Edited to correct error in Kings' wins.

Jazz are 9-9
Kings are 5-12

I honestly didn't think the Kings would only have 5 wins at this point. Jazz are pretty close to where I expected.

Actually 7-15. I thought our defense would be much better than it is but I have no clue what is going on out there. George Karl's rotations have been mind boggling at times as well. He continues to play Koufos and Cousins together when there's a stretch 4/quicker guy out there and we can not stay with them at all. Not necessarily putting the blame on Karl but he is not playing a style that suits our roster at all.

Losing Gobert is definitely a big blow for you guys and I haven't gotten to see you guys play this year but I knew you would be a tough team and fighting for a playoff spot this year. Will be interesting to see the two teams matchup on Thursday, though I would've liked to see Gobert vs Cousins.

Oh, sorry 7-15. That helps to explain why I was so surprised you were only with 5 wins.

Thanks for the correction.
