Pistons are going to struggle without Jackson being out there for the first month or more. I'm hoping to just stay around.500 while he's out so idk where we should be seeded right now.

People expect the Bucks to be terrible without Middleton but I think we could be surprisingly solid, I think the Delly/Mirza additions are softening the blow of him being out. I think we make a strong push for the 8th seed but ultimately end up 9-10th.

Boston is going to be really good imo.

I am more concerned about the tendinitis. On a side note if you need to take him out for a month or two, it's better to be the first month than say, Feb and March. Quite often the next guy up grabbed the chance by both hands, and you find a capable backup who also gets to gel with the new system (in Ish's case).

I would like to edit my picks:

What i had 3 months ago:

Alex_De_Large wrote:Cleveland

New York

What i think now:

Boston
Cleveland
Indiana
Milwaukee
Toronto
Chicago
Detroit
Orlando

Atlanta
Charlotte
New York
Philadelphia
Washington
Brooklyn
Miami

I must admit i may be to high on the Bucks, but i see a giant improvement with Giannis/Parker. Cavs are going to think more about the playoffs than RS in my view, i even can see LBJ missing 25 just to rest.
I feel Bulls might be better than expected and a team very fun to watch, a lineup Rondo-Wade-Butler-Mirotic-Lopez is really something. I want to keep my bet on Bucks and Magic, they have great young teams. I feel bad for let out very solid teams like Hornets/Hawks. I don't trust Knicks, smells like injuries and bad chemistry. And don't get what critics see in the Wizards team, they were awful last season, Wall is great and probably the starting 5 is great but lack the depth other teams like the Magic, Bulls, Pacers have...

I just can't see Atlanta missing the playoffs (anymore, questioned Dwight signing at first).

I hate Dwight he is still a child, but I think that was the correct way to go in free agency. Certainly better than maxing out Al freaking Horford.

8. NYK

This is my opinion based off the preseason. Not sold on the Knicks. Hawks are only on there due to Reggie Jackson's injury & I really don't understand why the Bulls traded Snell for MCW...

How is it difficult to understand? He was likely going to be rooted on the Bulls bench, whereas MCW is now likely the backup point guard. There may be similar in terms of talent, but when you think that one player wouldn't have played all that much on one team, but the other incoming player will and that goes for both teams, it is a good deal for both, though not game changing for either.

Snell fits into what the Bucks need a starting guard, MCW fits into what we need, a defensive minded guard to cover the defensive deficiencies for the aging back court of the Bulls in Rondo and Wade.
Why so serious?
