he's my favorite player. his blocks are incredible, and he can block perimeter shots as well.

I doubt he has attitude problems, he had only good games.

He is pretty awesome, Never understood why everyone likes to hate on him so much and not give him credit for being one of the best centers in the league.

I have yet to hear from any of his teammates that he is a locker room cancer. Only from people who have never met him.

I don't blame him for taking the money because he was playing on like $900k/yr contract before that.

He deserves every penny he got and more.

$900K a year. What a low amount to be paid to play basketball. How did he survive?

Compared to how much his colleagues make, yea that's very little.

Try having Nik Vucevic as your starting center for four years. I would take even empty defensive stats at this point.

I would still take Vucevic over trash Len. That''s right I just said it.

He's exactly what the Blazers need to become a contender.

The guy is a locker room cancer, I wouldn't wish that on a team like Portland. The heat lost 3 stars within a year and a half of him joining the team, probably not entirely coincidence.

Lmao! This has to be a joke.

So how about Steph Curry

Post#348 » by FlopShow2013 » Sun Nov 20, 2016 2:02 pm

Season is still early but this guy never ceases to amaze especially his efficiency.

In last 5 games (before bucks game), he had .799 TS%. That's just insane.

There are so many amazing stats. Another one, before Bucks game and including 0 3pt FG game against Lakers, he has better 3pt % than any year. I know it is a small sample but this guy is insanely efficient. I know the chances of his MVP may not be that high due to Durant being there but I won't be surprised if he heats up as season progresses.

Another great thing about him as a superstar, he has no ego. Despite having so many Stars, there are no controversies unlike Lebron, Wade, Bosh situation. Off the court, his thoughts and opinions on social issues are crystal clear and structured. True role model.

I won't be surprised if gets 3rd unanimous MVP. He is still the best player despite Durant being there.

He's a great story of hard work and perseverance. An example of how everyone doesn't take the same path to success. I heartily congratulate the young man, and I'm not a Heat fan.

Curry can't reasonably get the MVP this year due to losing the title last year and the Durant signing. Lebron would have to be massively worse than Curry this year to lose the MVP to him. Also, Paul should actually be in the MVP race lead but he too will have to fight off pro-Lebron bias.

So how about another thread for a Warriors player. How about that.

There's at least 5 players playing better than him including 1 on his own team. There's no way he's getting a 3rd MVP this year

Its going to be extremely hard for him to win a unanimous MVP with the way Harden and Chris Paul are playing right now.

He is a top 3 player (at worst) in the league, i think him and Durant are 2A 2B right now. But just based on this season, he isn't a top 5 player. CP3, Harden, Westbrook, Kawhi and Durant all have played better than him. And unless some major injury happens to Durant and he starts to dominate the league and other candidates suck for the rest of season, he won't get another MVP this season. Probablity of those thing to happen in this season is close to 0%!

It's not a given that Curry is better than Kd this season.

So why not? They are the most stacked team, with great players putting great numbers. Steph is especially just unparallel due to his efficiency and jaw dropping plays. I would say there should be a thread just for his insane plays for the entire season.

So how bout that Jrue Holiday

Post#359 » by MKWB » Sun Nov 20, 2016 3:25 pm

Pels win both games against good teams , since he's been back. Averaging like 21 and 7 in limited minutes off the bench so far. Giving some hope that Davis and the Pelicans' season is not lost afterall.

How bout that.

We should compare to our colleagues. None of us here are probably in a work environment where colleagues are making tens of millions of dollars. Whiteside obviously is.
