Top 10 picks in the west were :
Green - started the month hot ended it very much not
Kuminga - not enough minutes
Mitchell - not playing well
Ziare - not enough minutes

I just meant that since the teams were bad in the East the young talents got a lot more opportunities.
Yeah wasn't disagreeing just adding context

This is without question Mobley's best game of the season. It's crazy to imagine what kind of season he'd be having offensively if he wasn't the third option on offense.

Mobley is clearly better now and I'd be shocked if Green is ever better, but I still think Green will be at least as good as you'd expect a 2nd overall pick to be

Mobley and Barnes both have a better roster around them which helps but I was lobbying for Mobley before the draft because he plays both ends and he’s so sound defensively

A nice night for a couple of less-herarlded rooks...

Terry Taylor: 24/16 (after 15/8 the previous game)
Tre Mann: 29 on 8/14 shooting, 6/8 from three

Giddey with his 12th double double of the season too.

The #1 awesome thing tonight from Green was 5 assists, zero turnovers. I still think the world of him, even if he’s further away than I originally thought.

Give Green Cade’s approach and leadership, or give Cade Green’s quicks and hops, and we’d be looking at true monster.

Jalen Green seemed to sort of think he was gonna set the league on fire from the get go, but after a reality check I think he's realized he has to pay his dues and learn a lot.

Kind of surprised NBA.com placed Cade #1 on their rankings. If the voting were held today I still think Mobley would probably win. But I feel pretty good about Cade playing well enough post all star break to win it. Speaking of Mobley, he looks really comfortable scoring the ball

Really liked that level headed opinion about Cade, he is solid and can be very good evan as a 2nd or third option of a good team

498 minutes for Kunminga may not be enough to qualify.

He’s going to be. Playing big minutes for one of the best teams in the league. Pretty active on defense on the perimeter.
Solid stroke and has shown a mid range pull up game as well. He’s just so young and slightly built right now. I didn’t live the pick but I see the upside and love that they’ve aggressively thrown him in the mix.

Honestly Cade just hasn't been consistent of efficient enough for the top 3.

At this point it's:

1. Mobley
2. Franz/Barnes
3. Franz/Barnes

Franz and Barnes could be argued either way.

Ayo has special traits. Amazingly a 2nd round pick.
