LeBron couldn’t replicate the All-Star game Elam ending cause there was no Zach LaVine to guard him
The Greatest of All Time debate in basketball is essentially who has the greatest basketball resume of the player who has the best highlights instead of who is the best player

It's their dumb tv model. It's on a channel that's not on Comcast. Like I'm no fan of traditional cable, but a lot of people still have it.

It's also not on many streaming platforms. It's like on Directv Stream. And that's it I think.

Wonder if the Jazz arena crew has been able to clean up the floor from all of Luka's tears from last night. It's only been 12 hours.

Where is the exaggeration? That's exactly what happened. You can pause at 5 and 6s. Gobert is beat, he puts his arm in front of Doncic to slow him. He then pushes against Doncic's left shoulder to reach across him. Whether you like it or not, this is supposed to be a foul and it is called a foul most of the time.

Could be a foul but we have seen the NBA let people do that all year.

Maybe at the start of the year. The reffing is all over the place this year. They allowed defenders to be physical at the start of the year, but have since softened. Pretty sure Harden is getting this. Butler, and by extension Luka, was getting to the line for way less in the Heat-Mavs game. But this is factually a foul whether they call it or not here.

Were the refs just letting them play?

Mavs 8 FTs (0 in the 2nd half)
Jazz 22 FTs

Doncic got 5 fouls, so clearly the refs weren't swallowing the whistle. After the game, Doncic said that he doesn't care about the fine but that ref doesn't like him. Ref biases are so problematic, but we don't want to acknowledge them.

That’s fair and it’s not unique to Luka. CP3 has the receipts on a ref hating him.

I would say this tho- Luka got exactly what Kidd said would happen if he keeps whinnying after every call. Luka has brought some of this on himself. Refs are human- Lukas indignation after every call has caught up with him...dude needs to get that woman reffing crew again. He won’t get a foul in that game

Well, officially the two minutes report said it was a foul and it means the one before also probably was as it was basically the same play.

"It was announced on the NBA's Last 2 Minutes Report that the drive that occurred within the final two minutes should have been called a foul."

What bothers is not that refs miss play. It happens. What bothers me is that refs have biases that make them affect game conciously or not.

Doncic : "I think twice I got fouled. But I know the ref. He won’t call a foul. He don’t like me."

The NBA has to clean that thing and look at stats for refs. And then not use certain refs with certain players in the playoffs if they find out there's a bias.

They do it purposely.. to change would be to undo what they do to manage games
