He still hasn't learned how to chicken wing it. He always FULLY extends his arm and when they see it at a clear angle like that it is the easiest call to make. Dude needs to watch Kawhi tape on it. Treat it like a jab not a haymaker.

Nah, not even close. NBA rulebook is the wild west now. Product on the court continues to get worse and no consistency at all in the way refs legislate which is a direct line back to Silver.
